JAC was great the moment we called on the phone to ask questions. They didn’t even hesitate to go ask the Dr a question they didn’t have an answer to. THATS customer service and it is very much appreciated. Our first appointment with our two kitties went amazing. We even talked to the dr herself and she was so helpful.
