Dr. Canon earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from LSU in 2006 then moved to Colorado with her family and animals in 2015.
She joined the JAC Family in 2019 and has recently expanded her knowledge and has begun treating some exotic animals.
We asked Dr. Canon which pet breed best described herself?
Her response was a male, orange tabby cat because she is loyal, outgoing and playful but more laid back than a female cat.
The rest of the team voted a feline in general because she is outgoing, but sometimes standoffish and is playful and sometimes aloof. Very back and forth just like a cat!
