Dr Russ knew he wanted to be a veterinarian at a young age and he accomplished that goal in 1996, graduating from CSU as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Dental disease is his passion and he has trained with specialists to hone these skills. He is one of our doctors that cares for cats, dogs, birds, and some exotics.
We asked Dr Russ which pet breed best described himself?
His response was a Labrador Retriever because he is outgoing, even tempered, intelligent, kind and trusting.
The rest of the team voted and it was a tie between a Bulldog and a German Shepherd because he is a mixture of willfulness and stubbornness. Also because he is intelligent, confident, docile and sometimes gregarious.
